This immersion is an invitation to return to the source of true vocal and body freedom: your breath. Embody Your Voice is a singer-centered exploration of breath, alignment, and embodied support. In a world that often pushes for “more” sound, “better” technique, or “perfect” control, this work gently leads you inward—to where resonance, ease, and true vocal power begin. Through guided breathwork, movement, and somatic awareness, you’ll learn how to: - Release tension in the jaw, neck, ribs, and pelvis that interferes with vocal freedom - Restore your posture from the inside out by learning proper core and postural support - Increase breath efficiency and stamina without forcing or overworking - Strengthen body-voice connection for more grounded, resonant singing - Access expressive freedom by cultivating internal safety and presence Whether you're a student, performer, teacher, or returning to singing after a break, this deep dive will help you re-center your vocal practice in the intelligence of your body—and rediscover breath as both anchor and amplifier. Format: 75-minute private session (virtual or in-person) Tailored breath and movement practices for your specific vocal needs Options for continued support or solo exploration with provided tools Come as you are.
