I loved the workshop! This truly feels like a missing part of the ever-unfolding puzzle. I have severe scoliosis in my thoracolumbar spine, and the concept of expansion into the transverse abdominal hookup in the lower back is a big shift. It feels like I support my spine better that way and it also gives me connection of the breath, the TA and the pelvic floor. It feels like very profound work!
